Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
